Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) — FREE on orders over £30, otherwise £3.99
  • Express Delivery (1-2 business days) — £6.99
  • Next Day Delivery (order before 1pm) — £9.99

Delivery times are estimated and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas or bank holidays. We use Royal Mail and tracked courier services.

International Delivery (Outside UK)

  • Europe (EU countries) — £12.99, estimated 5-10 business days
  • USA & Canada — £14.99, estimated 7-14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand — £16.99, estimated 10-18 business days
  • Rest of World — £18.99, estimated 10-21 business days

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.

Important — International Customs & Duties

For orders outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our delivery price. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Large Appliances (CATA Products)

CATA kitchen appliances are bulky items and may require a separate delivery quote. Please contact us before purchasing if you are outside mainland UK (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international). We will confirm delivery costs and timescales before processing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.

UK Returns — Your Legal Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email)
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

International Returns (Outside UK)

  • You have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition
  • International return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Any import duties or taxes paid are non-refundable by Nextora
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for returns — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund including original delivery costs.

Health & Beauty Products

For hygiene reasons, opened or used health and beauty products (skincare, vitamins, face masks) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 14 days.

Large Appliances (CATA Products)

  • Must be returned in original packaging — please keep packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase
  • Appliances must not have been installed or used
  • Due to size and weight, a collection fee may apply for large appliance returns — we will confirm this when you contact us
  • CATA appliances come with a 5 year parts and 2 year labour warranty — manufacturing defects are covered under warranty

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Exceptions — Items We Cannot Accept Back

  • Opened health and beauty products (unless faulty)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
  • Items returned after the 14 day return window without prior agreement
  • Perishable goods
