VOIORA

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 2 July 2026

Who We Are

VOIORA ('we', 'us', 'our') operates the website voiora.com, offering appliances, health & beauty products, and other household essentials for sale to consumers in the United Kingdom.

These Terms & Conditions apply to any order placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an order confirmation by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted — a contract is only formed once we confirm the item has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for example if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product Descriptions

We try to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, finish, or packaging may occur, particularly where photography has been used to represent a product line.

Our Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to VOIORA and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
